Project enquiries
When you submit a project enquiry, BROT UND BUTTER processes the project, company and contact information you provide in order to assess and respond to the proposed commission. The form also uses a non-visible anti-spam field and limited request-rate information. Questionnaire progress may be kept temporarily in your browser session; contact details are not included in that draft.
Scheduling and video calls
Only suitable enquiries are offered a scheduling step. Calendly processes the booking information required to arrange the consultation. The connected Google Calendar is used to create the calendar event and Google Meet link. Review the privacy information of Calendly and Google before booking.
Analytics
The enquiry interface emits functional event names such as funnel started, step completed and consultation booked. It does not place project descriptions, budget answers or contact details into those events. No advertising analytics integration is enabled by this implementation.
Retention and legal review
Enquiry information should be retained only for the period necessary to assess the project, respond and meet applicable legal obligations. The final retention periods, legal basis, processor information and controller address must be completed and approved before public launch.
Your rights
You may have rights of access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability, as well as the right to contact the competent supervisory authority. Obtain legal review for the complete GDPR wording before launch.
